I’ve spent the last 20 years obsessing over how people interact with screens, from the device in their pocket to the one on their wall.

Currently, I lead the UX for Channel 4, overseeing the entire streaming ecosystem across Web, Mobile, and TV. My focus is on creating seamless, intuitive journeys for viewers, whether they are catching up on a commute or settling in for a movie night.

While I ensure consistency across all touchpoints, I have a particular passion for the "10-foot experience." There is a unique challenge in designing for the living room that I find endlessly fascinating.

My heart lies in leadership. I believe that happy teams build better products, so I focus on cultivating resilient, safe cultures where designers feel safe to take risks.

Beyond the pixels and stakeholders, I’m an active voice in the design community. When I’m not analysing viewer behavior, you’ll find me traveling the world and looking for my next adventure.
